Sobre a banda.

A banda Simples Restos Mortais começou em 2007 com três membros: Stephen Lemos (bateria e vocal), Danilo Sousa (baixo) e Ernandes Martins (guitarra e vocal). Entretanto, esta formação não perdurou. Após onze anos de hiato, Stephen Lemos assumiu todos os instrumentos e decidiu retomar o projeto apenas com músicas autorais. Portanto, desde 2018 a banda está de volta à ativa, como uma banda de um homem só, fazendo músicas com críticas políticas e religiosas. 

Desde o retorno a banda lançou três singles, um EP autointitulado com cinco músicas, e participou de duas coletâneas. Além disso, contou com a incrível colaboração da escritora Mara Vanessa com a letra de Terra Morta.

Sempre lembrando que a vida é finita e nossa História está apenas no início.

The band started in 2007 with three members, Stephen Lemos (drums and vocals), Danilo Sousa (bass) and Ernandes Martins (guitar and vocals). However, this formation did not last. After eleven years of hiatus, Stephen Lemos took over all the instruments and decided to return to the project with only his own songs. Therefore, since 2018, the band is active, as one man band, making music with political and religious criticism. 

Since their return, the band has released three singles, a five-song self-titled EP, and has been featured on two compilations.  In addition, it had the incredible collaboration of the writer Mara Vanessa with the lyrics of Terra Morta.

Always remembering that life is finite and our History is just beginning.
